First I would like to thank you very much for going out of your way, pushing the brochure through my letterbox. I was delighted with what I read. I happened to be completely amazed not only by the brochure (and the very decent prices) but also the pleasant nature of your self. You went out your way to help, and may I admit, I did call two other shops after I spoke to you, but neither of them was helpful in the slightest. It was not one of them giving me directions to another shop, it was the other barking at me, ‘informing’ me that they do not do brochures and that I had to go to them to see what I wanted. As I said above, I was very pleased with what was available to your customers. I certainly will recommend you to anyone who is having a party (as you were recommended to me) and let them witness your ‘more-than-willing-to-help’ attitude.
